You must be able to understand others languages to communicate with locals, but also to keep an ear on any useful intel you can get. You need to maintain a good physical condition, training every day and doing sport activity.

You must be able to run for long distance and time, maintain people on the ground if you need to, and of course defend yourself and your client from any kind of physical damage.
